Late Policy

There is a 7 min grace period on all services. After 7 minutes your services will need to be rebooked resulting in a charge of 50% to the card on file for that day.

Cancellation Policy

Same day cancellations and rescheduling results in a 100% charge to the card on file for services booked that day. We know unexpected things may happen, but it is asked that you give V Luxe Skin 48 hours notice regarding any cancellations or rescheduling to prevent any inconveniences.

No Calls No Show Policy

No call no shows is any time you fail to notify V Luxe Skin 48 hours before rescheduling or cancellation. Missed services will be charged 100% to the card on file for that day. Failure to communicate will result in being banned from booking.

Membership Policy

All memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the named Member. Members may cancel this membership after the initial three-month commitment period. V Luxe Skin reserves the right to modify membership benefits, fees, or terms with at least 30 days' notice to the Member. Continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Refund Policy

At V Luxe Skin, all services and deposits are 100% nonrefundable and non-transferable. I agree that I will register with an active and updated credit or debit card on file.
